Shipping policy

Phase & Leaf currently ships U.S. orders through Shopify checkout and third-party fulfillment partners.

Every U.S. order includes free Standard U.S. Shipping. No minimum purchase is required. Express shipping may be available for an additional charge at checkout.

International shipping is under review. We will only offer international checkout in countries where fulfillment is supported and Shopify can return a valid shipping rate. International orders do not qualify for a free-shipping offer at this time.

Fulfillment Timing

Orders are prepared for roasting, packing, and fulfillment as quickly as possible. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, fulfillment volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and address issues.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your household, neighbors, building office, parcel locker, or local carrier first. If a package appears lost in transit, contact us at support@phaseandleaf.com and we will review the order status.
