Fulfillment and Shipping

Phase & Leaf works with third-party fulfillment partners to roast, pack, and ship products under our brand.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, fulfillment volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and address issues.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping rates, free shipping thresholds, and delivery options may change at any time.

Returns and Refunds

Because our products are consumable goods, all sales are final once an order has been submitted for fulfillment.

We do not accept returns or refunds for taste preferences, change of mind, accidental orders, or opened/unopened consumable products.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders may be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund if reported within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.

Subscriptions

If subscription products are offered, you are responsible for managing your subscription before the next order is processed.

Subscription changes, skips, pauses, or cancellations apply to future orders only. Once an order has been submitted for fulfillment, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
